I had not been doing regular exercise since a hospitalization last year. Your program as described seemed appropriate for my needs. It certainly has proven to be so . The concentration of exercises using the sophisticated machines in the gym along with your one on one approach in the time allotted is so productive. Also,you are able to correct even the smallest incorrect position making each exercise more efficient and eliminating the possibility of any type of injury.
The machines are so well planned out and your tracking each session on your iPad makes each session build on the last one — your ability to anticipate each necessary small correction is amazing. The one on one component makes me feel relaxed and not at all anxious.
I am so happy I found you!!!!!! I have most of the same machines in my building’s gym but have never used them correctly. Your quiet communication makes me focus totally on your directive and the exercise.

Michael is the only instructor I trust to give me the most efficient, concentrated 30 min full body strength training workout. It’s hard to explain but he’s constantly “calibrating” exactly what my muscles need from his expertise in knowing my personal level of strength and the weights he chooses for me in that particular session, along with the number of reps it takes to truly fatigue my muscles in less than 2 minutes.
The space is clean, spacious, and quiet. The equipment is in excellent condition, clean, and sanitized. I feel comfortable, safe, welcome, and encouraged which leaves me feeling extremely happy knowing I am succeeding in my session with Michael in being the best I can be.

It’s been great! The training has been varied and all planned out for me. I feel not only stronger, but more aware of my body and mindfulness in movement. The studio is private and clean and mostly quiet. It’s mostly really easy to be focused on the workout.

I have never been able to follow an exercise program before because I found them time consuming, difficult to adhere to, and repetitious. But to my surprise, the meticulously thought out and planned exercise program that Michael Hudson offers has been easy to fit into my busy schedule and easy to follow. Encouraged by the visible results-greater stamina, increase in muscle mass, better posture, leaner body-after a year, the initial enthusiasm for the new program is still very much alive and I look forward to my weekly, sometimes biweekly, 20- 30 minutes at the exercise studio.
There is never wait time at the studio. The environment is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The high professional standards that are a constant in the exercise program are also present in the accommodations made in scheduling the sessions and in the attention given to the client’s comfort throughout. The equipment used is explained and adjusted according to the specific goal of a given session.
My program is never routine, changes are made each time to make the exercise sufficiently challenging for my individual needs. The attention to details in each session is truly impressive. Every movement is planned, discussed, recorded and evaluated.

Two weeks can go by without me training and I am still as strong and able to perform using the same weight. Michael is an expert when it comes to safe weight training and nutrition. I have been training w him for almost 5 years now. I am stronger and have more endurance w yoga, running, cross training, etc than ever before.
